Carsington Water Food Fair - returns

The Carsington Water Food Fair returns on Sunday the 6th of April as a series of food and drink fairs kicks off at the Derbyshire vistior attraction for 2014.

The first food fair at Carsington promoted by Hartingtons School of Food in Bakewell who are know for their passion and expertise for artisan locally produced food.

The Food Fair makes a welcome return to Carsington Water on Sunday 6th April with Hartingtons 'pop up' Food Fair featuring a selection of artisan food & drink producers from the local area.  Come along and meet, taste and buy.

Music will be provided by Severn Trent Choir & the Ashbourne Duathlon will also come to it's dramatic conclusion during the day.

Food stalls are open from 10 am until 4 pm.

Flavours of Chatsworth - Celebrity Chef

We love Chatsworth House.  What's more it is on our door step.  Just a 10 minute drive down the road will take you to this national treasure.  One of our favourite celebrity chefs is Rachel Green who has a long association with Chatsworth and particularly the now Dowager Duchess.  The Chatsworth Cookery Book  written by Rachel was inspired by both her and the Chatsworth estates fascination with local ingredients and seasonal flavours.

We a delighted to welcome Rachel back to Hartingtons to take one of our favourite chefs and courses and allow you to get a real Flavour of Chatsworth.
